Activity

NEMO is a link management service with conversion attribution for creators and professionals: it lets you create short links, measure clicks and attribute leads and sales to their origin.

Sales through a merchant of record

Paid subscriptions are sold through Stripe in its merchant of record mode (Stripe Managed Payments, operated with Link). In the purchase transaction, Stripe/Link acts as the seller of record: it issues the charge and the invoice, collects and remits applicable indirect taxes, and handles transaction refunds and disputes. NEMO designs and provides the Service, sets the prices and is responsible for the product and for data processing, as described in the Terms of Service.

Applicable terms

Use of the Site and the Service is governed by the documents published at nemolink.app/legal: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

Complaints and dispute resolution

You can send any complaint to soporte@enrivasgarcia.com; we reply as soon as possible and always within one month. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is no longer available. If you are a consumer, you may turn to the alternative dispute resolution entities accredited under Spanish Law 7/2017 and to the public consumer services of your region; for cross-border disputes within the EU, the European Consumer Centre in Spain (portal-cec.consumo.gob.es) provides free assistance.

Intellectual property of the Site

The Site's contents (texts, design, brand, logos and software) belong to their owner or are duly licensed, and may not be reproduced without authorisation, without prejudice to the rights granted over each user's data by the Terms of Service.
