Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling

You cancel whenever you want from Settings → Plan → “Manage subscription”, in two clicks — as easy as subscribing and through the same channel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: until then you keep everything. No lock-ins, no penalties.

Withdrawing (first 14 days)

If you subscribed as a consumer, during the following 14 calendar days you can withdraw from the contract using the withdrawal function on your plan page (or by email). You are refunded what you paid minus the proportional part for the days already enjoyed, because the service starts immediately with your consent. You will receive an acknowledgement instantly and the refund without undue delay (14 days at most).

Who executes the refund

Purchases are made through Stripe as merchant of record (with Link): the charge, the invoice and the refund are issued by Stripe, through the same payment method you used. NEMO orders the refund and Stripe executes it.

Your data when you downgrade

When you move to Free nothing is deleted: your links keep redirecting forever, your attribution pair stays active and the rest of your data becomes veiled — not visible, still measuring behind the veil — whole again the moment you return to a paid plan.
