Acceptable Use Policy
Version 1.0 · 22 July 2026
NEMO redirects your audience to your destinations. That trust is the heart of the service, and this policy exists to protect it. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
Prohibited uses
You may not use NEMO — its links or its measurement — for:
- Phishing, impersonation of people or brands, or deceptive capture of credentials or personal data.
- Distributing malware, ransomware, spyware or any harmful software, or linking to pages that do.
- Spam: unsolicited bulk sending through any channel (email, SMS, social) using NEMO links.
- Illegal content: intellectual property infringement, abuse material, incitement to hatred or violence, or any content whose distribution is criminal.
- Scams and fraud: pyramid schemes, fake shops, deceptive investments or materially false advertising.
- Evading third-party blocks, filters or denylists (social networks, carriers, spam filters) by masking previously blocked destinations.
- Chained or hidden redirects whose only purpose is to conceal the real destination from the user or from security systems.
- Interfering with the Service itself: abusive scraping, artificial inflation of metrics, unauthorised vulnerability probing.
What we do about abuse
We may disable any link and suspend or terminate any account that breaches this policy, with notice where reasonable and without it where the protection of third parties so requires. Upon notices from authorities or affected parties we act diligently, in line with the intermediary liability regime (arts. 13-17 of the Spanish LSSI): diligent removal or blocking of the linked content as soon as we obtain actual knowledge of its unlawfulness.
How to report a link
If you believe a nemolink.app link is being used for any of the above, write to soporte@enrivasgarcia.com with the subject “ABUSE”, stating the link and the reason. We review every report with priority and confirm the outcome.
