1. Paste the NEMO script on your site (where the embedded Beehiiv form lives):

2. Point your NEMO link at that page.
3. In Beehiiv: Subscribers → “Subscribe forms” → in your embedded form's Settings, turn on “Redirect to an external website” with your thank-you page URL — and check “Remove emails from the redirect URL” (it uses the ID instead of the email). Open subscribers in Beehiiv
4. On your thank-you page, paste the lead notice:

What do I do if the lead isn't recorded?

Does the form's redirect point to YOUR thank-you page (same domain as the form), and does that page carry the notice?

What do I do if i'm worried about the email in the redirect URL?

Turn on “Remove emails from the redirect URL” in the form: Beehiiv will use the subscription ID. NEMO never stores emails from events.

What do I do if the lead arrives showing “no source”?

That person came in without going through your NEMO link (direct). It's information, not an error.
