How does each Flodesk lead arrive with its source?

Flodesk doesn't support hidden fields, but it can redirect after signup: your thank-you page (with the NEMO script) records the lead with its source.

1. Paste the NEMO script on your site (the page where your Flodesk form lives):

2. Point your NEMO link at that page.
3. In Flodesk: edit your form → “Thank You” tab → turn on “Redirect to URL” with the URL of your thank-you page. Open your forms in Flodesk
4. On your thank-you page, paste the lead notice:

What do I do if the lead isn't recorded?

Is the redirect turned on in the Thank You tab of THAT form? Does your thank-you page carry the notice and live on the same domain as the form's page?

What do I do if the form doesn't show up on my site?

Flodesk's embed needs TWO snippets (a header one plus the form's own). If the first is missing, nothing renders.

What do I do if the lead arrives “no source”?

That person came in without going through your NEMO link. Share the NEMO link, not the direct URL.
