How to track sales from SamCart

With SamCart, NEMO tracks which link brings each sale with no pixels and no Google Analytics. Know which link, video or ad brought you each SamCart order — server to server, with refunds included. SamCart notifies NEMO of every order (and every refund) through its Webhooks app — available on all its current plans. How is each SamCart sale attributed?

SamCart notifies NEMO of every order (and every refund) through its Webhooks app — available on all its current plans. With one parameter registered in SamCart, the source travels all the way to the order.

1. Click “Connect” on the SamCart card: NEMO gives you YOUR URL (that URL is your authentication — don't publish it).
2. In SamCart: Apps → App Marketplace → install “Webhooks” → paste the URL → Connect. Then “+ Add New Rule” → Global rule → action “Send NotifyURL Post for Orders” → trigger “Order completed”. Add the “Product refunded” and “Product partially refunded” rules too. Open SamCart
3. For the source (N1): Settings → Tracking and Pixels → “Add Parameter” → register the nm_id parameter. From then on, if the checkout opens with ?nm_id=…, SamCart stores it with the order and NEMO receives it.
4. Paste the NEMO script on your sales page: links to your SamCart checkout go out with the nm_id attached, on their own:

Note: Refunds (full and partial) subtract themselves and the link's detail view shows gross and net.

Note: SamCart doesn't send the currency in the notice: NEMO records the amount as-is (no conversion).

2. The sale shows up in your dashboard instantly; the SamCart card switches to “last notice a moment ago”. Refund it in SamCart and watch the net adjust.

Frequently asked questions

What do I do if nothing arrives after an order?

Is the rule “Order completed” with the action “Send NotifyURL Post for Orders”? Check the history in the Webhooks app (it keeps the last 1,000 events) and that the URL is EXACTLY the one on your card.

What do I do if sales arrive “no source”?

The nm_id parameter must be REGISTERED in Settings → Tracking and Pixels (without that SamCart doesn't capture it), and your NEMO link must land on a page with the script before the checkout.

What do I do if a refund doesn't change the numbers?

Add the “Product refunded” and “Product partially refunded” rules to the Webhooks app — without them SamCart doesn't notify refunds.
