Orders and refunds notify NEMO instantly — native connection.

With ThriveCart, NEMO tracks which link brings each sale with no pixels and no Google Analytics. Every ThriveCart order lands in NEMO with the link, video or ad that produced it — delivered between servers, refunds (partial ones included) deducted on their own. Each order and each refund reaches NEMO straight from ThriveCart. The origin rides along as checkout passthrough — once the NEMO script sits on your page, that part happens by itself. The method is “Direct notice from the platform” (server-side · highest reliability): The platform itself notifies NEMO of every sale — and every refund — with a direct server-to-server message (no dependence on anyone's browser). Stripe, Hotmart, ThriveCart, SamCart, Gumroad and Lemon Squeezy ship with it (native connection); the “Sales webhook” opens it to any tool that can send a POST. Built-in fallback: when an order shows up without passthrough, NEMO looks the buyer's email up among your existing leads and inherits that attribution (the N2 chain). No match either? The order still lands, labeled “no source”, amount intact. The full connection is 4 steps and you verify it with a single test click.
How is each ThriveCart sale attributed?
Direct notice from the platform · Server-side · highest reliability
Each order and each refund reaches NEMO straight from ThriveCart. The origin rides along as checkout passthrough — once the NEMO script sits on your page, that part happens by itself.
- Hit “Connect” on the ThriveCart card in the catalog and copy the webhook URL NEMO shows you.
- In ThriveCart: Settings → API & Webhooks → “Webhooks & notifications” → add a webhook with that URL (ThriveCart validates it when you save it). Open API & Webhooks in ThriveCart
- On the same screen, under “ThriveCart order validation”, copy your “Secret word” and drop it into step 2 of the wizard (stored encrypted).
- Add the NEMO script to your sales page: from then on, any button pointing at your checkout carries the visitor's origin (passthrough[nm_id]) without you touching a thing:
<script src="https://nemolink.app/nemo.js" defer></script>
Note: Built-in fallback: when an order shows up without passthrough, NEMO looks the buyer's email up among your existing leads and inherits that attribution (the N2 chain). No match either? The order still lands, labeled “no source”, amount intact.
Note: Refund notices carry their exact figure — several partial ones stack up, and the link's detail keeps gross and net apart.
Note: If you regenerate the Secret word in ThriveCart, paste it into NEMO again (the old one stops working).
Check it in one minute
- Flip your product into “Test mode” (under the product's Options) and run a purchase with the test card 4242 4242 4242 4242.
- Watch the ThriveCart card in NEMO flip to “last notice a moment ago” — test orders stay out of your metrics, deliberately.
- Return the product to live mode; the first real order will appear with its amount and its origin.
Frequently asked questions
- What do I do if thriveCart won't let me save the webhook?
- ThriveCart pings the URL when you create it: make sure you copied the FULL address from your card, token included.
- What do I do if notices arrive with a 401 error?
- NEMO is holding a Secret word that differs from ThriveCart's: grab it under Settings → API & Webhooks → “ThriveCart order validation” and paste it once more.
- What do I do if sales arrive “no source”?
- The buyer went straight to the checkout, so no passthrough traveled. Hand out your NEMO link instead — aimed at your page or even directly at the checkout: the redirect writes the passthrough by itself.
